Ingredients
1 Cup gram flour
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon chillie powder
¼ teaspoon dhany and jeera powder
Half bunch finely chopped coriander
1 or 2 green chillies finely chopped
Small piece of ginger finely ground
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water to make it into a thin batter-pouring consistency.
Heat a thick base frying pan and grease it with a little oil pour a small quantity of mixture on the pan and let it form a circle. Leave to cook at low heat. Turn and cook spoon a small quantity of oil all around the pan. Take it off and continue to cook the rest of the mixture in the same way until finished. You should make about 10 circles with this mixture.
